For more than 20 years, our family run property management company has focused on one thing. Providing safe, comfortable, and well managed student homes near Carleton University, University of Ottawa (OttawaU) and Algonquin College. All our shared houses are within a short walk or quick transit ride to campus. This makes daily life simpler for students and gives parents peace of mind.
Living in a shared student home has real advantages. It is more affordable than renting an apartment on your own, and it helps you settle into school life faster. When you share a home with friends or fellow students, you have people around to study with, cook with, or hang out with after class. It creates a sense of community and makes day to day life more fun and less stressful.
We have also put our own kids through university, so we understand this stage from both sides. We know what students look for in a place to live, and we know what parents want to feel confident about. That perspective guides how we care for our homes and support the students who live in them.
We maintain our houses with the same attention we would want for our own family. Clean spaces, regular upkeep, and quick responses are part of how we work. Our goal is to create a home where students can study, relax, and feel comfortable.
